Answer: It's NOT. This it so completely wrong there's not even a word for it.
And this is just very, very scary: http://www.dosomething.org/tipsandtools/11-facts-about-animal-testing
We make animals suffer needlessly for our own benefit. Well, I guess that's the history of the human race.
See what I mean about our world? We've got some serious issues. I don't care if it means that nobody has reactions to their anti-wrinkle cream (age gracefully, people, age gracefully) they definitely shouldn't test on animals. I don't use any products that test on animals. It hasn't killed me yet. I know medications test on animals, and that's groundbreaking medical discoveries and whatever, but honestly. Though I'm 100% against all animal testing, I propose that we start small. No animal testing in cosmetics and face cream and body wash and such. Is that really too much to ask? So, maybe you won't get to use your cupcake scented glittery lip gloss. It won't kill you, and they make plenty of stuff without animal testing too. Anything that's not medication. And think twice about that Advil, unless you've got a completely incapacitating headache or a fever. Try deep breathing (for stress headaches) or drinking water (some headaches are caused by dehydration). Tough it out, just a little, folks.

I love this website. Its a treasure trove of information. Any cause on the face of the planet, they've got some sort of information, and tips to help you get started. Its brilliant. I actually found it in a book I read, from the Maximum Ride series, which has got to be one of my favourite series of all time. Anyway, if you want information, or inspiration, this is a great site. So pick a cause, already, people! In fact, pick a couple of causes, since there are more than enough to go around.
Think about it.
